Every 45 minutes, one person takes their own life. Behind each statistic, there is a story interrupted, a dream silenced, and a family devastated. In Brazil, the capital of Ceará, Fortaleza, ranks as the second city with the highest number of suicide cases a tragic and alarming reality that cannot be ignored.

We are facing a silent epidemic, one that grows in the shadows, fueled by stigma, lack of dialogue, and insufficient emotional support. In the face of such frightening data, the question arises: what can be done to break the silence, raise awareness, and foster meaningful debate around this issue?

It was in this context that the initiative "Changing the Game" was born a bold and impactful campaign created by Delantero in partnership with Fortaleza Esporte Club and the Public Ministry of Ceará. The goal was clear: to use the power of sport, emotion, and visibility to challenge taboos, promote mental health awareness, and encourage people to seek help.

Through symbolic actions, moving narratives, and strategic visibility, "Changing the Game" turned the football field into a platform for life where the most important goal is not victory in the match, but the preservation of hope.
