Hey. My name is Roger Alves. I’m a Designer and Creative Art Director, passionate about graphic and editorial design. I was born in Pará, even though I don’t know my hometown, and raised in Fortaleza, CE, Brazil. As a child, I dreamed of becoming an airplane pilot, an architect, or a car designer, anything but an advertiser. Funny how fate works, right? Still, creativity and art have always been present in my life, sometimes indirectly, sometimes not so subtly.
I have 11 years of experience in the advertising industry, having worked in Ceará, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo. Throughout my career, I have created campaigns for a wide variety of clients and segments, which have been published on some of the world's leading advertising platforms.
Currently, I’m serving as Senior Designer at Design by Disruption® by TBWA in Los Angeles.
